De thuisversie wordt overigens niet meer door Kerio uitgegeven, maar is sinds enkele jaren in handen van Sunbelt. Kerio WinRoute Firewall is in tegenstelling tot de Personal Edition niet voor thuisgebruikers bedoeld, maar voor bedrijven.
